    MegaTask Management

    The need
    A client managing thousands of scattered jobs wanted to stop assigning technicians one job at a time: cluster by geographic area first, then dispatch the group.
    What we delivered
    Geographic clustering of activities into MegaTasks, bulk technician assignment and re-clustering of a whole day in one click.

    Crew Shuffle Board

    The need
    Daily crews were rebuilt every morning on a whiteboard, then re-keyed into FSM. The client wanted to compose crews directly in the tool and publish them to mobile.
    What we delivered
    A daily crew board: drag technicians between crews, manage leaders and absences, assign the work and publish to mobile.

    Skills Manager

    The need
    A client under regulatory certification requirements had no overview of renewal dates: certifications were expiring unnoticed, across hundreds of technicians.
    What we delivered
    A technicians × skills matrix: certification deadlines at a glance, filters on expired or expiring skills, supporting documents and spreadsheet export.

    Validation Cockpit

    The need
    Before closure, the back office reopened every order to check time, items and checklists. The client wanted a single control desk with blocking rules.
    What we delivered
    A control desk before closure: logged time, items confirmed against the ERP, mandatory checklists and blocking checks in a wizard — validation moves the order to “technically complete” in one click.

    Notification Creation

    The need
    A client in Oceania was reporting field issues by email, outside the system. They wanted technicians to raise the Notification from FSM without leaving their job.
    What we delivered
    A guided form to create Notification objects, available on web and mobile, pre-filled from the current activity and pushed straight to the ERP.
